These terms apply when you use Wigoo and buy an eSIM. By using Wigoo you agree to them.
The service
Wigoo sells prepaid data plans delivered as eSIM profiles for use while travelling. Connectivity is provided through our partner networks. Coverage, speeds, and available networks depend on the destination and the local operators.
Your account
You need an account to buy and manage an eSIM. Keep your sign-in secure and let us know if you think someone else is using it. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Buying a plan
Prices are shown before you pay, in your currency, with taxes included. Any Wigoo Money on your account is applied first, and only the remainder is charged to your payment method. A plan is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, unless you explicitly turn on automatic top-up.
When a plan starts
Unless stated otherwise for a specific plan, the validity period begins when the eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it. Data allowances and speeds are described on each plan.
Refunds and cancellations
An eSIM that has not been installed can usually be cancelled for a refund. Once a profile has been installed on a device it cannot be reused, and it may no longer be refundable. If something goes wrong, contact support@getwigoo.com and we will help.
Acceptable use
Use Wigoo lawfully. Do not use the service to break the law, to interfere with networks, or in ways that abuse fair-use limits described on a plan. We may suspend accounts that do.
Device compatibility
A Wigoo eSIM requires a compatible, unlocked device that supports eSIM. It is your responsibility to check compatibility, though the app helps by checking before you buy.
Service availability
We work to keep Wigoo reliable but cannot guarantee uninterrupted coverage, since the underlying networks are operated by third parties. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as is.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we will update the date above and notify you in the app. Continuing to use Wigoo after a change means you accept the updated terms.
